If there are any shipping or product quality issues, we provide free returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. When contacting us, please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Cancellation:
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you can do so free of charge before the order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order after receiving it, you must return the product to us and bear the cost of return shipping. Please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange.
Exchange:
If the shoe size doesn't fit you, we will provide free exchange services to ensure you get the right size of shoes. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.
Refund:
If you wish to return the product and do not qualify for the free returns and exchanges service, you can receive a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund. Once we receive your return and inspect the product to ensure it is unused and in good condition, we will refund your purchase price. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days after successful refund. Please note that the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
How to get a return label?
If you decide to return a product, please contact info@cadeshoes.com in order to obtain a return address. Please prepare your return label and pay for shipping in advance. After we receive your returned item. We will decide whether to pay for your return based on the following conditions.
For seller's responsibility we will refund you the return fee along with the payment of the order.
For buyer's responsibility, you will need to pay the return shipping fee.
Seller's responsibility: wrong size, sending a defective product, wrong shipping address.
Buyer's responsibility: wrong size, wrong delivery address, lost goods caused by non-signature.
Return Address:
Please note that we do not use the original shipping address as the return address. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service via the email address info@cadeshoes.com to obtain the correct return address.
How long will the user receive a refund?
Our post-sale refund team will take 5-7 days after receiving your returned item to inspect the refunded item and process the refund, after which you will receive your refund.
The refund can only be credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
